Our service force is available to provide a quality service during the guarantee period and beyond. You will have the assurance of a Mira trained technician and genuine Mira spares.
Within the guarantee period we will resolve defects free of charge by repairing or replacing modules as we may choose. We reserve the right to charge for visits where damage or defects arising from non-product faults such as incorrect installation, improper use, and lack of maintenance or limescale. Damage or defects are not covered if the product is taken apart, repaired or modified by any person not authorised by Mira showers.
Service under guarantee does not affect the expiry date. The guarantee on any exchanged parts or product ends when the normal product guarantee period expires. If you have not registered your product warranty our technician will require proof of purchase.
Outside of the warranty period our service force is available at reasonable cost and a 12 month guarantee given on parts fitted. Payments should be made directly to the technician/agent using a Visa/Mastercard/Debit Card.
If you have taken extended warranty on your product please refer to your policy document for full terms and conditions.
If in the event that our technician is unable to effect a repair due to faulty installation or the appliance is beyond economical repair a report will be left on site and our standard charge will apply which should be made directly to the technician.
Once an appointment has been agreed, should you need to cancel this appointment you must contact us by 5.00 p.m. on the preceding day failure to do so will result in a charge being made for the abortive call.
