A new survey launched today by leading shower manufacturer, Mira, has revealed some surprising facts about the country’s showering habits and highlights that the majority of people from the Midlands take a shower a day.
However, whilst 60% of people from the Midlands take a shower every day, there remain some 40% who shower less frequently. What’s more the survey revealed that some 2% of people from the Midlands shower only once a week!
Leading the cleanliness stakes were the Scottish, of whom some 85% shower daily. East Anglians and people from the South West of the country transpired to be a shower shy lot, with only 48% taking a daily shower.
The survey also asked people how long in the shower, and found that the majority of people from the Midlands spend 5-10 minutes in the shower.
