Who are Duologi?

Duologi are the lending company who have partnered with Divido and Mira to provide finance to our customers. Duologi is a trading name of Specialist Lending Ltd. What is Divido?

Divido is the technology provider for Duologi allowing you to apply for finance online, via email or mobile phone. They work with a panel of lenders and retailers to ensure a fast and paperless application process.

Am I eligible for finance?

To qualify you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or over
  • Be a UK Resident for at least 3 years
  • A minimum annual income of £10,000
  • Have a UK bank account that can accept direct debits
  • Have credit or debit card registered to your home address
  • Have a stable income whether through permanent employment or other means (pension, Disability Allowance, etc.)
  • Understand and accept there will be a credit check performed when you submit your application 

What's the finance application process?

  1. Add your item(s) to basket – Remember your order total must be £350 or greater to qualify.
  2. At payment stage during checkout, select the Divido option.
  3. Following the link and apply for credit using Duologi’s online application form.
  4. If approved, sign the agreement to complete the purchase.
  5. You will be returned to complete checkout after the loan has been signed.

How long will it take me to get an approval?

Whilst we cannot guarantee specific times, you can typically have an approval within 30 seconds. However, in some instances, your application may “refer”, which means that an underwriter will review your application manually.  These can take up to a maximum of 24 hours for a decision.

What’s the most I can finance through Duologi?

Duologi supports finance purchases of up to £15,000.

What’s the least I can finance with Mira Showers?

Mira Showers will currently support finance options on orders of £350 or more.

What loan period can I apply for?

Mira Showers will currently support finance plans to its customer for a 12-month period only.  

Is there a finance plan available on Mira’s Supply & Fit Service?

What if I don’t have time to complete my application?

We can send you a unique link to your application as a text message or email, so you can complete the application later at your own convenience. 

What happens if I’m declined?

You will need to obtain a copy of your credit report so you can see the potential reasons why. If you feel there has been a mistake, please contact Duologi Merchant Support team via email at support@duologi.com. You will be able to complete the purchase using the traditional means of payment.

When does the first payment leave my account?

The first payment is taken approximately 25 days after the loan is activated. Loans are activated once we have a notification that your item(s) have shipped.

What if I want to cancel or return my item(s)?

You have the right to withdraw from your finance agreement up to 14 days following the signing of the credit agreement. You will still be in a contract of purchase for the goods and will still be able to return your item(s) within our standard 28-day policy. If you have already received the goods, please contact us directly to arrange the safe return of the goods to Mira Showers.

Please note your finance agreement will not be cancelled until Mira Showers have received the return of all goods purchased with a finance agreement. If you have not yet received your goods, please contact the Mira Showers Customer Services team who will be happy to help.

What if I have changed my mind about my payment method?

If you wish to change your payment method, but already have a finance agreement set up and are also in receipt of goods, there are two ways to change this.

The first way to change the payment method is to contact Duologi customer services team (0345 5211 881 Option 3) and pay off your loan in full using your preferred payment method. There is no early repayment charge, and this would avoid having to cancel and returning your item(s) to us.

The second option is to return your goods through our standard returns process. This will result in your finance agreement being cancelled after your items are returned to Mira Showers.

Once this has been completed, you will be able to reorder your item(s) again, selecting a different payment method. Please note that we cannot guarantee any additional applications for finance will be approved.
