Service Appointments Update – COVID-19 - January 2021

Following on from the latest government announcement of a new national lockdown, we would like to reassure our customers that our service teams are still operational and here to help. The safety of our associates, customers and communities remains our number one priority as we continue to adhere to the additional safety measures that we put in place last year and only undertake repair bookings where it is safe for us to do so. 

As our contact centre team continues to work from home, there may be some longer than usual wait times and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. As an alternative, you can now book a convenient repair slot at a time that suits you online. In addition, our website contains an extensive list of FAQs and a wealth of support to help with fault diagnosis.

Mira Showers Service Appointments Update – COVID-19

Following on from our previous announcement regarding the measures we are taking to ensure the safety of our teams as a result of COVID-19, we are now starting to recommence our nationwide repair and supply & fit services where it is safe for us to do so.

We will continue to prioritise those customers whose shower is their only means of bathing or used for assisted or disabled showering. However, if you are having problems with your shower, please call us on 0800 001 4040 and we will do everything we can to arrange a service visit, subject to engineer availability and as long as it is safe for our teams to do so.

As our contact centre team are all still working from home, to manage the calls we have reduced our opening hours and there may be some longer than usual wait times.  We recommend that you visit our fault diagnosis and frequently asked questions pages which offer advice on how to fix some of the most common faults and may help you resolve the problem prior to calling us.  If you are unable to rectify the fault, then please do not hesitate to call us and we will book your appointment.
