Following on from our previous announcement regarding the measures we are taking to ensure the safety of our teams as a result of COVID-19, we are continuing a limited in-home repairs service for our most vulnerable customers who need our help the most.
If your shower is your only means of bathing or used for assisted or disabled showering, please call us on 0800 001 4040 and we will do everything we can to arrange a service visit, subject to engineer availability and as long as it is safe for our teams to do so.
For customers whose shower is not their only means of bathing or used for assisted or disabled showering, please, in the first instance, visit our support pages including fault diagnosis and our frequently asked questions which offer advice on how to fix some of the most common faults.
As our contact centre team are all working from home, to manage the calls we have reduced our opening hours and there may be some longer than usual wait times so we recommend that you submit a contact us form and a member of our team will contact you for a full fault-finding session remotely.
