Be part of our Award Winning Business
Kohler Mira were proud to be announced as winner of the Training Provider of the Year at the 2019 Gloucestershire Live Apprentice Awards.
The award was given because of the ongoing support and development that we give to our apprentices above and beyond their apprenticeship training. We want to support our apprentices to become them best version of themselves, which means supporting their development outside their role through mentoring, training, involvement in our STEM programme, Apprentice Association and so much more.
We are also incredibly proud that this support has led to our recently graduated apprentice, Emma Meek being shortlisted as a finalist in the Outstanding Apprentice of the Year 2019 (Construction, Engineering and Manufacturing) as well as our 2nd year engineering apprentice, Finley Dean being entered as an Industrial Electronics contestant at the 2020 World Skills event.

From second year onwards, you will be based onsite at Kohler Mira, whilst continuing to attend to college one day a week. Once you have completed your Level 3 Apprenticeship, subject to performance and aspiration, you will progress to study HNC/D.
