If it’s a bar valve, we can replace it

A bar valve shower has its controls and water-mixing kit inside a square or round bar-shaped fitting on your shower wall.

It has two pipes leading into the back, which are often are hidden by covers and set 15cm apart – measured from the middle of each wall fitting (known as ‘150mm pipe centres’).
