1. Eligibility
1.1. These terms and conditions and any other terms specified by Mira Showers or any of its group of companies from time to time (“Incentive Terms and Conditions”) apply to any incentive which is run by or on behalf of Mira Showers or any of its group of companies (“incentive”). By taking part in the incentive, you agree to be fully bound by the incentive Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of Mira Showers or any of its group of companies which are final in all matters relating to the incentive. No correspondence shall be entered in to. Mira Showers and any if its group of companies reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner in its absolute discretion for any reason and without notice in accordance with the incentive Terms and Conditions.
1.2 To qualify for the Promotion, customers must have made a purchase of a product and installation as a package through Mira Showers either via our website or over the phone between 1st May 2025 and 30th June 2025 inclusive (the Promotional Period).
1.3 The customer must complete the full shower replacement journey, including the installation appointment.
1.4 Sales of the products made outside the Promotional Period will not qualify. However, if the product and installation was purchased within the Promotional Period, and the installation takes place outside of the Promotional Period, due to availability, these will still qualify for the reward.
1.5 You must be aged 18 or over, and be a resident in the UK with a valid email address. By agreeing to this promotion, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Reward
2.1 The reward is a £25 digital voucher to be redeemed against a High Street Digital gift card (issued via the Reward Panda platform managed by Voucherline Ltd) for purchasing a product and installation between the dates specified in Clause 1.2.
2.2 Mira Showers and any of its group of companies reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any reward with a reward of comparable value.
2.3 Vouchers will be issued after the installation has been successfully completed. Please allow up to 10 working days from the date of your completed installation, for Mira Showers to process your reward and check that you meet the criteria.
2.4 If you successfully meet the criteria specified, you will receive a digital voucher over email from Mira Showers that will include a unique voucher code and PIN. Please note that the voucher amount will be in GBP.
2.5 Only one voucher will be issued per qualifying order. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. No cash alternative is available.
3. General
3.1 Mira Showers reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace the Promotion or these terms and conditions without prior notification. If unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable, your legal rights are not affected.
3.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mira Showers or any of its group of companies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any individual under the Promotion. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or restrict Mira Showers’ liability for personal injury or death caused by Mira Showers’ employees or agents.
3.3 It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate contact information. Mira Showers will not be held responsible for undelivered vouchers due to incorrect email addresses.
3.4 Any personal data supplied by you will be used by Mira Showers and its agents or associated group companies solely for administering the Promotion and in accordance with data protection legislation unless otherwise specified in your GDPR preferences.
3.5 The Promotion is administered by Mira Showers (Company Number: 252115), a limited company incorporated in England and Wales, whose registered office is at Cromwell Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. GL52 5EP England, United Kingdom. All trademarks are owned by or licensed to Mira Showers. Mira Showers uses reasonable efforts to ensure that information it provides to you is accurate, complete, and up to date. It does not represent that the information will be error-free.
3.6 The voucher is issued through the Reward Panda platform, managed by Voucherline. Use of the vouchers is subject to Voucherline’s own terms and conditions found here and also within the Reward Panda platform once logged in.
3.7 The Promotion and these terms and conditions, are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive authority of the English courts.
