We know that when it comes to looking after properties in the social housing sector, a quick and efficient service is of the essence. That’s why we have a dedicated training scheme for professionals in this sector to help with the installation and maintenance of our showers.
The aim of our Toolbox Training programme is simple and clear: to promote good shower installation practice. To meet this objective we have set up workshops around the UK, offering free sessions to housing associations, local authorities and their contractors – all in your own locations and at times to suit you.
Of course, the best way to pass on practical advice is by taking a hands-on approach. Using lots of real-life examples, demo products and photographs our Mira trainers mock up common problems in community housing bathrooms. Problems such as plumbing materials clogging filters and affecting flow rates. Or showers being affected by kinks in the hose – a typical issue when used by carers for assisted showering.
We understand that this kind of training has real value in your sector and so our training ensures a sound working knowledge of product installation, maintenance and fault diagnosis.
