Please see below our recommendations for resolving the issue with your pump. If none of the below resolve your problem, please contact our Customer Services Team for further advice by using our contact us form.
There is possibly an electrical supply fault to the pump. Please ensure there is power to the pump and that the pull cord or fuse spur switch is on.
Then, allow the motor to cool for approximately 1 hour and ensure the pump has a sufficient flow rate supplying it. Please refer to the Installation & User Guide supplied with the pump.
If this has still not resolved the issue:
The shower and pump may contain filters which we would recommend being checked by a qualified tradesperson.
