Is this a new or recent installation?
For Monlobloc taps: The tap may have been fitted with reversed supplies. You will need to contact your installer to check this.
If this has not resolved the issue:
For all hot and mixer taps: Hot water is not reaching the tap. Please ensure there is a hot supply to the tap. Contact your installer to check the supply.
Is this an existing installation?
Please ensure there is a hot supply to the tap. If your tap is connected to a Combination Boiler ensure it is firing up. If connected to an Unvented Cylinder or Thermal Store, please check you have hot water in the rest of your property.
