Excluded products - the following products are excluded from our Repair & Care service: All Mira pumps, Mira 722, 723, 915, 8, Realm (old variant), Combiflow. Products that no longer have spare parts available. 

Installation type – domestic only. 

You are protected from the cost of a replacement if your shower is beyond economic repair, however this does not include fitting.
