Please type in your product code in the box below.
Finding your product code
You can usually find the sticker that contains your product code, on the bottom of your shower.

Look under the front of your Electric Shower for the white sticker. This sticker should also contain your shower’s kilowatt rating information e.g 9.8KW. Please take note of this information too.
Identifying your product name
Because the product code in a Mixer Shower is not easy to find, the product name will accurately identify your product.

You can find your product name on the front of your valve underneath the Mira Showers logo.
Finding your product name
Because the product code in a Digital Shower is not easy to find, the product name will accurately identify your product. You can narrow down your search by using the following steps.

There will be product code on the black mixing box (valve) beginning with an 'N'. This will identify the model of the shower. If you cannot see this label or access this box safely, please try the remaining steps.

What shape is your digital shower controller? If it is a rectangle, this is a Mira Vision (top left). If your controller is a square, it is a Mira Vier (bottom left). If your controller is round, this either a Mira Mode / Mode Maxim (top right) or a Mira Platinum (bottom right).

Does your digital shower have one or two shower heads? If your digital shower has one shower head it is a single outlet and if it has two it is a dual-outlet.

Where does your digital shower's water feed come from? If your digital shower's water comes from the ceiling it is ceiling fed (left image). If the water feed comes from the wall it is rear fed (right image).

Does your valve (black box) look like one of these? If you cannot safely access your valve, please contact our customer services team. The larger box is a pumped valve and the smaller is a high-pressure valve.
