I Noticed My Digital Shower Flow Was Weak—Here’s What Helped

Troubleshooting

Please see below our recommendations for resolving the flow issue from your digital mixer shower. If none of the suggestions resolve your problem, you can book a service repair online. If your shower is still within warranty please contact our Customer Service team by using the contact us form.

Please ensure there is a sufficient water supply to the shower. You can find further information regarding the required water pressure in the Installation Guide supplied with your product. If you would like to view an online copy of the installation guide please click here to search for your product information.

Please also check:

The stop tap has not been turned down/off.
Has there been any work carried out to the property or to the road causing problems with the water supply?
Are there other outlets on at the same time?

Please note that any appliance that uses water is classed as a water outlet. This includes washing machines, dish washers, hoses and toilets.

Using other outlets reduces the water pressure going to the shower.

If this has not resolved the issue:

On your controller access the "Function Menu" and perform the flow calibration procedure.

Please refer to your Installation and User Guide for more information. If you would like to view an online copy of the installation guide please click here to search for your product information.

If this has not resolved the issue:

Unscrew the showerhead from the hose/arm.
Run the shower without it attached, ensuring it is over a water catchment area.

Please read our helpful guide on how to remove a showerhead.

If this has resolved the issue:

The showerhead may be blocked. We recommend that you descale the showerhead with a plastic kettle descaling solution.

Poor shower performance can be avoided by regular cleaning of the showerhead.

Please read our helpful guide on how to clean your showerhead.

If this has not resolved the issue:

*If applicable* Unscrew the hose and run the shower without it attached (only if over water catchment area).

Please read our helpful guide on how to remove a hose.

If this has resolved the issue:

Your shower hose maybe kinked or the lining has collapsed. We would recommend replacing your shower hose. View our range of shower hoses.

If this has not resolved the issue:

This shower contains filters and non-return valves which we would recommend being checked by a qualified tradesperson.
