Please see below our recommendations for resolving the flow issue from your electric shower. If none of the suggestions resolve your problem, you can book a service repair online. If your shower is still within warranty, please contact our Customer Service team by using the contact us form.
Please ensure there is a sufficient water supply to the shower and that your stop tap is fully open.
Are there other outlets on at the same time?
Has there been any work carried out in your property or on the road causing problems with the water supply?
Once checking the above, try:
Remove the showerhead from the shower hose (unscrew like a bottle top).
Drop the shower hose down into the bath or shower tray and run the shower.
If the shower runs correctly without the showerhead, it indicates that the showerhead is blocked.
Poor shower performance can be avoided by regular cleaning of the showerhead.
Please read our helpful guides here on how to remove a showerhead and how to clean your showerhead from limescale.
If this has not resolved the issue:
Unscrew the shower hose and run without (only if over a water catchment area).
Read our helpful guide here on how to remove a hose.
If the shower runs correctly without the hose, it indicates that your shower hose may be kinked, or the lining has collapsed. We would recommend replacing your shower hose.

If the shower hose is not the issue:
Try turning the top dial to the 'Low' setting and the dial below fully anti-clockwise to full cold.
