Please ensure there is a sufficient water supply to the shower. You can find further information regarding the required water pressure in the Installation Guide supplied with your product. The stop tap has not been turned down/off.
Has there been any work carried out to the property or to the road causing problems with the water supply?
Are there other outlets on at the same time?
Please note that any appliance that uses water is classed as a water outlet. This includes washing machines, dish washers, hoses and toilets.
Using other outlets reduces the water pressure going to the shower.
If this has not resolved the issue:
On your controller access the "Function Menu" and perform the flow calibration procedure.
