Mira Call-Out Fees Explained – When and Why They Apply

General FAQ

Call-out fee payment

As part of your booking, we’ll add a provisional £80 charge to your chosen payment method. This is to cover our call-out fee, which applies

- If the fault with your shower isn’t covered under warranty

- Our engineer isn’t able to access your property

- Our engineer isn't able to shut off water supplies

- The problem is not with the shower, but due to incorrect installation or water system issues.

This will show as pending on any statements. It will be unavailable to spend until the visit has been carried out. Once confirmed as in-warranty and that the fault is with the shower, the pending payment will be removed. If the shower is not at fault, the pending payment will be taken automatically.
