Please see below our recommendations for resolving the temperature issue with your power shower. If none of the suggestions resolve your problem, you can book a service repair online or contact our Customer Service team by using the contact us form.
Firstly, follow these three checks:
- Adjust the temperature dial
- Ensure you have a sufficient water supply to your shower
- Check there is plenty of stored hot water
If this does not resolve the issue:
- Try removing the showerhead from the shower hose (unscrews like a bottle top)
- Drop the shower hose down into bath or shower tray and run the shower
- If the shower runs correctly without the showerhead it indicates that the showerhead is blocked
Poor shower performance can be avoided by regular cleaning of the showerhead. Please read our helpful guides here on How to remove a showerhead and How to clean your showerhead from limescale.
If this has still not resolved the issue:
- Unscrew the shower hose and run water through (over your water catchment area, i.e. shower cubicle or your bath. Read our helpful guide on, How to remove a shower hose if you need
- If the shower runs correctly without the hose, it indicates that your shower hose has a blockage where it could be kinked, or the lining has collapsed.

If this has not resolved the issue:
This shower contains filters which we would recommend being checked by a qualified tradesperson.
For the tradesperson: Check the filters are clean and check valves are not sticking.
If this is a Thermostatic shower, please also check that the maximum temperature has been set correctly. You can find further information on ‘Commissioning’ in the Installation Guide supplied with the product.
