We recommend that you email us the following so that we can help you further.
- An image of the crack with a shampoo bottle (or similar) next to it. This will give us an indication of size
- On overall view of the tray with the front panels removed
- An image of each individual leg
- A copy of the proof of purchase. If it is a newbuild property over 2 years old, then please include a copy of the NHBC certificate instead
