How can I identify what shower I have?
There should be a model name or number on the very front of your shower such as Mira Sport, Mira 415, Mira Coda. If you are unable to locate the model name or number, contact our Customer Services on 0800 001 4040 or contact us online.

I want to replace my old mixer shower and the cold feed is on the left hand side. Can I fit one of your showers?
Although most showers are fixed at hot left - cold right, some of our showers are suitable for reversed supplies. These include the Mira Excel, Mira Silver, Mira Minilite and Mira Realm. Points to consider before purchasing any shower are your pipe centres and water system.

I currently have an 8.5kW Mira electric shower, can I replace it with a 9.8kW?
Due to the increase in wattage, a Part P registered electrician will need to visit site and investigate the matter as the electrical installation must comply with British Standard 7671. The current wiring may not be suitable to power a 9.8kW shower. The fuse size must also be increased to 45 amps.
Unfortunately, this service is not yet available in Northern Ireland, so please do not book online.
