Check the correct mixing valve box has been fitted to the correct supply
Pumped Gravity Low Pressure valves are not suitable for high pressure/Combi water systems. Isolate the water and electrical supply and do NOT use.
If you are unsure which system you have or if you have the incorrect mixing box for your system, please contact your installer.
