If this has not resolved the issue:

Unscrew the showerhead from the hose/arm
Run the shower without it attached, ensure it is over a water catchment area

Please read our helpful guide on How to remove a showerhead.

If this has resolved the issue:

The showerhead may be blocked. We recommend that you descale the showerhead with a plastic kettle descaling solution.

Poor shower performance can be avoided by regular cleaning of the showerhead.

Your shower hose maybe kinked or the lining has collapsed. We would recommend replacing your shower hose. View our range of shower hoses here.
