Electric Shower Cuts Out When I Release the Button—What to Do

Troubleshooting

Please see below our recommendations for resolving the button issue with your electric shower. If none of the suggestions resolve your problem, you can book a service repair online. If your shower is still within warranty please contact our Customer Service team by using the contact us form.

Is this a new or recent shower installation?

Does the flow immediately stop after pressing on/off button and the lights go off?

If so, we would advise you contact the person who installed the product to ensure correct installation.

For the Expert:

Ensure the casing screws are not too tight and the cover is fitted correctly; the wall surface is flat and that if the water inlet is coming from behind it has an elbow OR Neutral fault at pull cord/isolation switch - the Neutral has been connected to the non-RCD Neutral bar.

Is this an existing installation?
