Identifying Shower Model/Product Name & Product Code

If you’re unsure on which model of Mira Shower that you have installed there are a few ways to find out the information and identify the product code, so we can get your product registered to enable you to book a service. If you’re still unable to identify product code, don’t worry you can identify your shower through using our helpful filters to whittle down the possible results.

Guarantee Registration Card

Do you still have the guarantee card that came with your product in the box? If so, as pictured below there will be a “product code” on the bottom right of the card, for example J97A or B91B.

Mira Electric Showers

To find the model name of your electric shower there will be a model name on the front of the shower unit adjacent or below the Mira Showers logo.
To find the product code of the electric shower you’ll need to locate the white sticky label which can be found on either the top or underneath, on the outside of the shower unit. The product code (i.e. J03A or J09G) will be in the corner of the white label.

Mira Mixer Showers

To find the model name of the mixer shower there will be a model name by the Mira Showers logo. This can usually be found on the top or front of the shower.

If you have recently purchased one of our Mira Mixer Bar Valves single or dual outlet then you may be able to find the product code and manufacturing date laser etched on to the bottom of the valve (next to the outlet).

Mira Digital Showers

We can help identify the product/model name of your digital shower by the shape of the digital shower controller. Below is the line-up of our digital shower range.

To then identify the specific model of your digital shower, you will need to have access to the digital mixing valve (black box). On the valve’s label you’re looking for the product code which begins with the letter ‘N’.

Mira Power Showers

To find the product/model name of your power shower there will be a model name on the front of the shower unit adjacent or below the Mira Showers logo.

To find the product code of the electric shower you’ll need to locate the white sticky label which can be found on either the top or underneath, on the outside of the shower unit. The product code (i.e. B85M or B85iB) will be in the corner of the white label.
