Is this a new or recent installation?

The shower may have been fitted with reversed supplies. You will need to contact your installer to check this. More information on Reversed Supplies can be found in the Installation and User Guide supplied with your product. To view an online copy of the installation guide, please click here to search for your product information.

If this has not resolved the issue:

Hot water is not reaching the shower. Please ensure there is a hot supply to the shower. Contact your installer to check the supply and filters.

Existing installations:

Please ensure there is a hot supply to the shower. If your shower is connected to a Combination Boiler, ensure it is firing up. If connected to an Unvented Cylinder or Thermal Store, please check you have hot water in the rest of your property.

If this does not resolve the issue:

1) Try removing the showerhead from the shower hose (unscrews like a bottle top)
2) Drop the shower hose down into the bath or shower tray and run the shower

If the shower runs correctly without the showerhead, it indicates that the showerhead is blocked.

Poor shower performance can be avoided by regular cleaning of the showerhead.

Please read our helpful guides here on How to remove a showerhead and How to clean your showerhead from limescale.

If the issue persists:

1) Unscrew the shower hose and run without (only if over a water catchment area). Read our helpful guide here on How to remove a hose

If the shower runs correctly without the hose, it indicates that your shower hose may be kinked, or the lining has collapsed. We would recommend replacing your shower hose

If the issue is not in your hose or showerhead, check the filters:

This shower contains filters, which we recommend being checked by a qualified tradesperson.
