There is water leaking from the bottom of my electric shower

Troubleshooting

Please see below our recommendations for resolving the leak from your electric shower.

If the below does not help in resolving your problem, please book a service repair online. If your shower is still within warranty, please contact our Customer Service team by using the contact us form.

If you are unsure which type of electric shower you have, please check the Installation & User Guide provided with your shower. To view an online copy of the user guide, please click here to search for your product information.

If this is a new or recent installation:

Ensure you have the correct type of electric shower for your water system. If you have a pumped electric shower, it will need to be connected to a gravity-pumped water supply.

If this is a new or existing installation:

Replace the shower hose washer and check that the shower hose connection is tight underneath the shower.

Read our helpful guide here on How to fit a hose.

If this does not resolve the issue,
you will need to isolate the water and electrical supply.

Do NOT continue to use the shower.
