The first step is to create a structured routine. This involves working out how long you spend on each step of your shower, including shampooing and conditioning. Once you have this routine nailed, your shower will run much more smoothly.
To save time before your shower, you could incorporate extra steps like detangling your hair and laying out your aftercare items. Or, try out the military shower routine, which involves showering for around 30 seconds, turning the water off while you apply shampoo or body, and turning the water back on to rinse the products off.
