I’m struggling to adjust my mixer shower controls

Troubleshooting

Please see below our recommendations for resolving the flow issue from your mixer shower. If none of the suggestions resolve your problem, you can book a service repair online or contact our Customer Service team by using the contact us form.

Is this a new installation?

Check the water pressures are within the specifications for the product (this information can be found in the Installation Guide). If you would like to view an online copy of the installation guide, please click here to search for your product information.

Check you have nominally equal pressure on the hot and cold feeds.

Please note that if this is a new installation it is most likely to be a supply or installation issue. We would recommend that a qualified Tradesperson checks this for you.

For the tradesperson If the water pressure exceeds 5 bar maintained/10 bar static a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) may need to be installed as close to and after the property's incoming cold mains stop tap. We also recommend to check that they have nominally equal pressure on the hot and cold feeds.

Is this an existing installation?

Have you changed the water delivery system? For example, have you changed from a Gravity Fed System to a Combi Boiler?
