Help with 4-00 Fault Code on Mira Digital Showers

Troubleshooting

Please see below our recommendations for resolving the flow issue from your digital mixer shower. If none of the suggestions resolve your problem, you can book a service repair online. If your shower is still within warranty please contact our Customer Service team by using the contact us form.


The controller has not been paired with the mixing valve box.

Please follow these steps to pair the controller to the mixing valve box:

  • Standing within 1 meter of the mixing valve box (usually located in a loft space or airing cupboard) remove one of the batteries from the back of the controller
  • Isolate the electrical supply to the mixing valve box
  • Replace the battery and reinstate the power
  • The digital mixing box will now begin to make a noise as it resets itself and registers with the wireless controller
  • Your controller should then display 10:00.

    Once your wireless controller has been paired, you can follow the instructions in your Wireless Controller User Guide to access the function menu to set the clock, showering temperature, etc.
