Please see below our recommendations for resolving the flow issue from your digital mixer shower. If none of the suggestions resolve your problem, you can book a service repair online. If your shower is still within warranty please contact our Customer Service team by using the contact us form.
Is this a new or recent installation?
Check there is electrical power to the main mixing valve box. You/your installer should be able to hear a whirring noise from the main mixing valve box at start up. If this noise is not present, contact your installer to check the electrical supply.
If this has not resolved the issue:
If an electrical supply is present at the mixing valve box, the internal aerial may be loose. Please contact your installer to check this.
If this has not resolved the issue you can book a service repair online.
For the Expert:
- Isolate the power supply before removing lid and correctly fit aerial
- Please ensure there is nothing that could affect the signal such as foil insulation, wireless lighting, thick brick walls, steel baths and tanks etc.
- The controller should be sited within 10 meters of the main mixing valve box
- Radio transmitting devices such as mobile phones should be switched off
- Repeat the commissioning process

Is this an existing installation?
There may be an electrical supply fault to the shower. Please ensure there is power to the shower and the fuse board has not tripped.
If this has not resolved the issue:
If the electrical supply to the mixer is present, replace batteries in the controller and try re-registering it.
