Is this a new or recent installation?

Check the connection between the hose and the valve to ensure it is tightly secured.

Please read our helpful guide on How to fit a hose

We recommend that you contact your installer to check that the water pressure to the shower is not excessive.

For the Expert: If the water pressure exceeds 5 bar maintained/10 bar static, then a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) may need to be installed as close to and after the property's incoming cold mains stop tap. Please ensure all inlet/outlet pipe connections are correctly fitted and tight. Please also check that the filters have been fitted securely.

Is this an existing installation?

Check the connection between the hose and the valve to ensure it is tightly secured.

Please read our helpful guide on How to fit a hose

Check that the seals and cartridge are not damaged.
