If this does not resolve the issue:
1) Try removing the showerhead from the shower hose (unscrews like a bottle top).
2) Drop the shower hose down into the bath or shower tray and run the shower.
If the shower runs correctly without the showerhead, it indicates that the showerhead is blocked.
Poor shower performance can be avoided by regular cleaning of the showerhead.
Please read our helpful guides here on how to remove a showerhead and how to clean your showerhead from limescale.
If the issue persists:
1) Unscrew the shower hose and run without (only if over water catchment area) Read our helpful guide here on how to remove a hose.
2) If the shower runs correctly without the hose, it indicates that your shower hose may be kinked, or the lining has collapsed. We would recommend replacing your shower hose.
View our range of shower hoses here.
Still persisting?
Check to see if there is a flow regulator at the top of the shower hose (a small coloured disk). This helps to regulate the flow and temperature on high-pressure systems.
Please contact our Customer Services Team to purchase. Please note: Do not fit flow regulators in TMV2 applications.
Does the maximum temperature need adjusting?:
